About the role
The Finance Systems Manager is responsible for providing system support and direction to users of the ERP system. Reporting to the CFO, this role will see you be a link between the business and the ERP system, focused on unlocking the ERP’s potential.
Your responsibilities
- Perform the maintenance and day to day functional administration of ERP system
- Provide support to users of ERP including working with the ERP provider
- Analysis and interpretation of data
- Involved in implementation and development of Business Intelligence Tools
- Act as an ERP application specialist/superuser
- Lead the development, testing, and implementation of initiatives to the ERP system, and other secondary applications
- Conduct regular introductory system training for all users
- Support year end activities to ensure all systems are rolled and made ready for future transaction processing
- Perform additional duties and assignments as directed by the Finance Manager/CFO
What you need
- Tertiary Educated
- Experience in ERP Database Administration and implementing Business Intelligence Reporting
- Advance Excel Skills
- Previous experience in Finance / Treasury / Project Accounting roles will be advantageous
- A familiarity with the IFS ERP System and/or SQL will be desirable
