At Abergeldie we are flipping the switch on traditional safety and actively working through what “safety differently” looks like for us in practice. It’s an exciting time to join, as the safety strategy is under development, so you can help shape, as well as partner to deliver what our future will look and feel like. We are already pretty awesome and want to be even better.
Sounds exciting? Great! Are you up for the challenge? Because we need people who are passionate, committed, willing to question their beliefs, willing to change their behaviours, willing to create the space for our workers to be empowered and willing to support our leaders to be the best versions of themselves. We are constantly curious and questions ourselves on why we do the things we do, and if we can do them better.
What about us? We are a locally owned company with over 25 years industry experience in Australia and New Zealand. We design and deliver projects in the Water, Bridges, Transport, Underground, Energy and Remediation industry sectors. Projects include dams, bridges, tunnels, water and wastewater treatment process facilities, rail infrastructure, mining infrastructure, electrical substations, marine works and pipeline rehabilitation: the complex infrastructure needed to build better communities. Our dedication to building better communities goes beyond delivering complex infrastructure projects that tangibly improve and connect communities, it is also deeply embedded into our core values as a civil engineering business. We care about the environment, sustainability, human rights and equal opportunity rights.
