Crane Operator / Truck Driver
This is a good opportunity for the right candidate to gain tickets and experience operating plant such as excavators, sweepers, telehandlers, and tilt trays.
Reporting to the Project Supervisor, you will be involved in the delivery of a range of complex projects across multiple sectors of the infrastructure industry:
- General multiskilled labourer
- Operate different classes of cranes on a regular basis
- Lift, and place machinery, equipment steel or other large objects into position
- Must be willing to work in a team environment and be willing to assist with other tasks when necessary
- Crane setup
- Operate crane according to signals from dogmen
- Bolt boom sections together when needed
- Perform routine inspection and preventative maintenance on assigned plant and refers defects or needed repairs to supervisor
- Determine if any parts are malfunctioning
- Complete pre-starts on a daily basis
- Truck operator desirable

Minimum requirements
- General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- 5 years’ experience operating cranes and trucks
- HR licence desirable
- MR licence required
- CN-C6 High Risk Ticket
- EWP desirable
- General Labour - at least 2 years’ experience
