About the Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Commercial Manager to join our growing Infrastructure team. As the Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial, contractual, and operational success of multiple projects. You will be supporting our Infrastructure team who are working on various cycleways, overpasses, underpasses, pedestrian footpaths through to multilane highways and rail corridor bridge crossings and associated road and highway upgrades.
You will work collaboratively with our project and management teams to provide commercial and contractual support on pre-contract and post contract matters protecting the business from commercial risk and ensuring successful project delivery.
What you’ll bring to the team
You will be a natural problem solver and creative thinker who excels in an environment that fosters and celebrates innovative approaches to tackling complex commercial challenges. You will be experienced working on infrastructure projects with a solid understanding of NEC and GC21 contracts. You will have experience navigating complex contracts for major Infrastructure projects and thrive in a role where you can use your commercial resolution, influencing and negotiation skills. You will have exceptional communication skills both verbal and written and have a solid experience working contractor side.
