About the role
As a Community and Engagement Manager at Abergeldie you lead and implement our community relations and stakeholder engagement strategy for various Water Infrastructure projects across Melbourne.
This is a hands-on role where you work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and local communities and champion engagement strategies that promote positive community and project outcomes.
Our office is based in Tullamarine however this role will be required to spend time on sites around Melbourne. A vehicle will be provided.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
The ideal candidate has a track record in similar roles, with experience in leading communication, engagement, and community initiatives within a construction environment. Prior exposure to Water Infrastructure projects or related fields is highly desirable. An in-depth understanding of legislative and regulatory requirements, standards, guidelines, codes of practice, and contractual specifications relevant to the role is essential.
