About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our Transport Infrastructure team, delivering key infrastructure projects across Sydney and Regional NSW.

In this role, you will be assisting Project Managers overseeing transport infrastructure works, managing project schedules, budgets and procurement while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards. You will work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.

This is an opportunity to work on technically complex and challenging projects within the rail corridor, while advancing your career with Abergeldie.

What You'll Bring to the Team

• Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Engagement with a contractor on transport infrastructure projects. Previous experience in the rail industry is preferred but not essential.
• Ideally have worked in NSW to rail and RMS specifications
• Strong technical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Passionate about excellent health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes
• Motivation to achieve value-for-money results.
• Flexibility to travel and work regionally in NSW (LAFHA provided).
