About the opportunity 
We're looking for an Administration Assistant to assist our Pipeline Renewal Team based in Tullamarine. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to learn, highly organised, and ready to support our project teams in delivering critical water infrastructure.

Based in our Tullamarine office, some of your day-to-day duties will include:

• Updating registers, filing, printing, collating data – all basic office admin tasks
• Provide general administrative support to the operations team
• Assisting the broader Project Admin team as required

What you’ll bring to the team

• You will be a highly organised and proactive person with exceptional attention to detail who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience in an Administration role within the Construction industry (Highly desirable) or a strong interest in developing in this field.
• You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to develop, manage and maintain great relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
