About the opportunities
We have multiple opportunities available for Senior Submissions Coordinators, Submissions Coordinators and Bid Writers. These roles can be based in either our Sydney (Regents Park), Brisbane (Northgate) or Melbourne (Tullamarine or Dingley) offices.
In these roles you will write, edit and shape clear, persuasive content working closely with bid managers and leaders across the business to prepare high-quality submissions. You’ll prepare standout EOIs and tenders, sharpen our messaging, and ensure every submission reflects the strength of Abergeldie’s capability and value proposition. You’ll coordinate key bid processes including schedules, writing plans, review meetings and drive smarter ways of capturing knowledge and managing content, so our submissions are always a step ahead.
What you’ll bring to the team
You’ll bring a mix of skills and experience that set you up for success in these roles including;
- Experience in submissions, proposals, bid writing or a related role within infrastructure, ideally with a tier 1 or 2 contractor.
- Relevant qualifications in Communications, Marketing, Business or a related field.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with a knack for simplifying complex ideas.
- Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts to craft clear, persuasive proposals.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Confidence to coordinate and contribute to bid review meetings, acting as a central point of contact for stakeholders.
- A collaborative approach, and ability to foster positive relationships across the business.
