About the opportunity
Abergeldie is looking for a talented and experienced Submissions Coordinator to join our growing pre-contracts team. This role can be based in either our Sydney or Brisbane offices.
Reporting to our Manager Strategic Pursuits, this is a fantastic opportunity to sharpen your submissions skills, gain exposure to high-profile projects, and develop under the guidance of an experienced team. You’ll thrive in a collaborative environment, bring strong organisational skills, and have a genuine passion for writing clear, compelling content. In this role you will:
- Support the preparation of high-quality EOI and tender submissions across a diverse range of sectors.
- Write and edit content that reflects our capabilities, brand and market proposition.
- Assist in coordinating bid fundamentals such as schedules, writing plans and review meetings.
- Help to run review processes and capture feedback effectively.
- Act as a central point of contact for stakeholders alongside the Bid Manager.
- Maintain and update key knowledge resources.
- Contribute ideas as we continue to improve our bid platforms and practices.
What you’ll bring to the team
- Experience in submissions, proposals or a related role, ideally in a Tier 1 or 2 contractor or related industry.
- Strong organisational and writing skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate tasks and support review meetings.
- Confidence working on multiple bids at once, often to tight deadlines.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Relevant qualifications in Communications, Marketing, Business or other related field.
