About the Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of major transport and civil infrastructure projects across Sydney/Greater Sydney. These projects may include road upgrades, bridge construction and other transport improvements, delivering safer, more efficient networks and stronger resilience for local communities.

In this role, you’ll own the project lifecycle from planning through to delivery, managing teams, coordinating contractors and engaging with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. 

Extensive experience delivering Transport for NSW (TfNSW) projects is essential, with strong knowledge of the relevant standards, processes, and stakeholder expectations.

What You’ll Bring to the Team
We’re looking for someone who:

• Has strong experience managing major roads and bridge projects as a Project Manager
• Brings proven TfNSW project delivery experience, with a strong understanding of standards and procedures
• Demonstrates commercial and leadership skills, including programming, subcontractor management, and stakeholder engagement
• Has a collaborative, practical approach that drives results and fosters a positive project culture
