About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver general civil infrastructure works across regional NSW. The role will include projects in roads, bridges and broader civil construction, so it suits someone with strong civil delivery experience and the confidence to work across varied project types and locations.

You will support a portfolio of regional projects, working closely with site teams and local stakeholders to ensure safe, high quality and commercially sound delivery. Travel will form part of the role and FIFO or DIDO arrangements can be considered depending on project needs.

What You Will Bring
• Proven experience delivering general civil infrastructure projects, including roads and bridges
• Experience working on government or publicly funded infrastructure programs, ideally including Transport for NSW projects
• Strong understanding of civil specifications, standards and delivery processes
• Collaborative leadership style with strong communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, programs and commercial outcomes
• A commitment to safety, quality and effective stakeholder engagement
