The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Civil Construction Worker to join our team at Stapylton, working on the Stapylton Sewerage Network Upgrade, a key project being delivered for the City of Gold Coast. The works include around 15 km of new sewer rising and gravity mains, the construction of two new pump stations and the renewal/decommissioning of existing assets.

In this hands-on role, you’ll support civil construction activities, helping to keep sites safe, compliant and running efficiently. Work can include setting up and maintaining sites, managing water in excavations, cleaning and maintaining stormwater drains/tunnelling, keeping traffic guidance schemes to design, setting up sediment and erosion controls/fencing, assisting with pipe movements and deliveries, and completing daily machine pre-starts.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Previous experience in civil construction
• Valid Driver’s Licence and White Card
• Excavator experience and qualifications (highly regarded)
• HR Licence (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to work independently and plan ahead
• A strong focus on safety and teamwork

Pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing will be required before starting.
