About the role
We are looking for an experienced Traffic Supervisor to join our team, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of traffic across a variety of infrastructure projects in Sydney region. This role requires a strong focus on traffic management, site safety, and coordination to support project operations.

As a Traffic Supervisor at Abergeldie, you will:

• Oversee and coordinate traffic control operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Monitor traffic flow and make real-time adjustments to maintain safe and efficient site operations.
• Identify and report potential hazards or safety concerns to site supervisors.
• Work closely with site teams to ensure traffic management plans are effectively implemented.
• Draft Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS).
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, team members, and the public

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Demonstrated experience as a Traffic Supervisor, with the ability to direct traffic in various conditions.
• Current Traffic Control Ticket (TCR).
• Current Traffic Management Implementer ticket. 
• Must be able to draft TGSs using Rapid (Invarion) or CAD (highly preferred).
• Current Prepare work zone traffic management plan ticket.
• Valid construction safety card (White Card).
• Current driver's license.
• Strong work ethic and a focus on safety.
• Flexibility to work day, night, and weekend shifts as required.

This is a mobile role that requires regular travel across key project sites in Vaucluse, West Dapto, Schofields and Hunts Creek.
