Executive Assistant
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team to support our CEO and Executive team.
About Us
Abergeldie is a locally owned contractor with 30 years’ industry experience in Australia and New Zealand. We design and deliver projects in the Water, Bridges, Transport, Underground, Energy and Remediation industry sectors. Projects include dams, bridges, tunnels, water and wastewater treatment process facilities, rail infrastructure, mining infrastructure, electrical substations, marine works and pipeline rehabilitation: the complex infrastructure needed to build better communities.
About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team to support our CEO and Executive team. Day to day you will be responsible for;
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to our CEO and Executive team including inbox, diary and travel management.
- Preparation and coordination of board meetings and reports.
- Preparation and coordination of executive communications, reports, and presentations.
- Coordination of company events.
- Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day office operations, promoting an efficient working environment. This role entails overseeing our office administration team, presently consisting of one receptionist,ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
This role will be based full-time onsite in our Regents Park office.
About you
- Experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Suite or Executive level.
- A proactive, intuitive approach to problem-solving and a positive and flexible approach.
- Strong writing skills (correspondence, policies, and reports) and excellent communication skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint)
